Ritual Without Belief is a six-hour sound piece made by Ifekoya, in collaboration with friends and family. The enveloping, immersive sounds contain breathing meditations, recitations of Claudia Rankine’s writings, intimate conversations, music by Sade and more. Ifekoya describes the sound work as ‘a black queer algorithm across generations, locations and political affiliations’.
